EM600 series high-performance vector control inverter supports multiple international leading control technology such as: improved vectorized VF control(VVF), speed sensor less vector control(SVC), and encoder feedback vector control(FVC). Coupled with varied kinds of optional card, it can be applied to more sophisticated industrial equipment with higher precision and stability.

⑧.  Standard ModBus RS485; 3 optional field bus communication cards: Profibus-DP, CANopen, DeviceNet

 

 

⑨.  3 optional PG cards for encoders: ABZ incremental, UVW incremental, and rotary transformer
⑩.  In-built DC reactor for 11kw and above, enhancing power grid adaptability


⑪.  Standard built-in braking IGBT from 0.75-18.5kW, optional built-in braking IGBT from 22~75kW, external braking IGBT from 90~400kW

The difference between inverter and motor shall not be more than two power ratings. Please try to select a motor that matches with the inverter in rated current.

EM600 can be categorized into 27 specifications for 3 overall dimensions and 11 installation dimensions.

Keypad can be installed onto iron panel separately with hole size of 114.5±0.1 (L)*71±0.1 (W) mm and metal panel thickness of 1.2 - 2.0 mm.

Remarks:

1. BR100-045 is applicable to 3-phase 220Vac / 380Vac inverter.

For 3-phase 220Vac inverter, the braking voltage is 395Vdc or 420Vdc.
