Built-in 5 kinds of application modes:

Debugging Description

 

1 Unwinding commissioning Instructions

1.1 According to the power wiring diagram you should unwinding correct wiring. If you use the drive automatically detect disconnected, the X3 terminal is connected to the disconnection detection switch to cancel.

1.2 The inverter F4.28 to 2, the relevant parameters and terminal function that is configured for unwinding mode.

1.3 Determine the correct direction of the motor. Jog keyboard, the rotation direction of the motor should be consistent with the unwinding direction, otherwise please U, V two phase conductor swap.

1.4 Based on the highest and lowest position of the pendulum set correctly on the feedback voltage limit F6.13, F6.14. Incorrect set given the pendulum may cause instability and automatic disconnection detection malfunction.

       a) Tension feedback potentiometer feedback voltage, make sure the tension pendulum is in the lower limit, the unwinding material relaxation when the position, the voltage is high; when the pendulum is in the upper limit tension that tightened position unwinding materials, electrica lpressure was low.

b) C0.23 monitor readings PID feedback value, the tension when the pendulum is in the lower limit of  C0.23  0.1 and then decrease the input function code F6.14. C0.23 reading the tension when the pendulum is in the upper limit position after an increase of C0.23  0.1 input function code F9.13.

c) For example:

When the tension pendulum at the lower limit position, the data obtained by C0.23 9.3, then to 9.2 F6.14. If the feedback is a voltage signal, said feedback voltage of 9.2V.

When the tension pendulum at the upper limit position, the data obtained by C0.23 0.9, then F6.13 set at 1.0. If the feedback is a voltage signal, said feedback voltage of 1.0V.

1.5 According to the actual demand, the parameters set FF.20,22,23,24.

1.6 After the start, the pendulum will automatically arrive in the middle position. Adjustment F6.15 and F4.06 can change the position of the pendulum reaches the middle speed. F6.15 set smaller, the F4.06 set the pendulum reaches the intermediate position, the faster, but may cause instability. Generally without adjustment.

1.7 You can adjust the F6.07 and F6.16, F6.07 according to the effect roll diameter corresponding to the size of the low-speed (Large), F6.16 corresponding to high speed (small).

1.8 Note that integration time should be 0, do not change.


1.9 Adjust the differential time and derivative actions can have an impact on the stability of defining the pendulum, but the adjustment is too easily lead to instability.

1.10 If the pendulum continues to rise when placed close to the small volume is generally desired speed has exceeded the maximum frequency caused ,and please Increase F0.16 and F0.17.

 

2 Drawing Machine commissioning Instructions

Drawing machine rolling, there are two methods will be described hereinafter.

2.1 Wiring and basic parameter settings:

When the tension pendulum at the upper limit position, the data obtained by C0.23 9.0, then to 8.9 F6.14. If the feedback is a voltage signal, said feedback voltage of 8.9V.

When the tension pendulum at the lower limit position, the data obtained by C0.23 0.8, then F6.13 set at 0.9. If the feedback is a voltage signal, said feedback voltage of 0.9V.

e) If the traction wheel rotation speed has been faster pendulum stays above the midpoint, indicating that the weight is too light, the wire on the traction wheel slip can be appropriate to increase the weight or the wire on the traction sheave around a few times more to increase friction.

4) A blank disk to start normal, usually to normal operation. When the reel to be nearly full disk, please see the situation plateful start. If overshoot occurs, it may be too large proportional gain, the value of F6.07 and F6.16 appropriately reduced.

5) During operation, if the pendulum swing is large, it may be appropriate to adjust the value of F6.19, but the range should not be too large.

6)When parking, the pendulum may be slightly increased, if found placed at the brake lever action increases coming through the large, may be appropriate to increase the frequency by extending the braking signal output line of the inverter FF.25 to resolve. If the brake is controlled by the winding drive, then please be appropriate to increase the traction inverter F9.13 to resolve.

7)Note that integration time should be 0, generally should not be changed.

8)Found that if the line speed is higher pendulum continued to decline, indicating that the maximum frequency of small winding drive, please increase the winding drive of F0.16 and F0.17.

 

3 Torque Winding Commissioning Instructions

 

3.1 EM303B moment rewinding function is no winding tension detecting device applications, only suitable for Winding, not for unwinding.

3.2 The F4.28 is set to 5, you can enable the torque winding function.

3.4 If you do not adjust the tension according to the roll diameter, set the line speed of the source FA.07 to 5, and set the appropriate initial roll diameter, generally half drive for the coil diameter.
